We select the wine with the appropriate organoleptical and analytical characteristics to age in American oak barrels and in the bottle.
Bright cherry colour with slight brick-red shades. Fruity with hints of toasted fruits and vanilla. Consistent in the mouth, broad and structured. Well balanced and elegant. Serve at 15-18ºC.

After a careful fermentation, we select the most appropriate wines to age for a long period of time in French and American oak barrels (min. 24 months) and in the bottle (min. 36 months). Intense red cherry colour with garnet and brick-red hints. Elegant aroma of oak, vanilla, spices and balsamics, giving a characteristic and harmonic bouquet. Serve at 16-19ºC.

After crushing and de-stemming, the grape macerates for 6 days and fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with several rackings per day. After malolactic fermentation the wine is decanted, clarified and stabilized. Finally, the wine will be filtered before being bottled.
Ruby red deep colour with dark red glints.Powerful nosewith red and black fruits(blackcurrants and blackberry)and licorice touches.
Powerful and ample attack , Architecture balanced fat. Thick Into the nasal fruity fragrance, taste is very long.. Serve at 12-15 ºC
